Instructions for applying to be Senior Member Staff at the 2023 Mississippi Wing Cadet Retreat are listed below. There is not a fee required for SMs to staff the Retreat.

Application & Required Forms
Below are step-by-step instructions for completing all required items for the Mississippi Wing Cadet Retreat. Please READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS before completing an application.
Date: Friday-Sunday 13-15 October 2023
Location: Camp Yocona 878 Boy Scout Rd, Randolph, MS 38864
Arrival: Friday 13 October from 1400-1600 (2-4 pm CST) *Or as soon as you can arrive*
Departure: Sunday 15 October at 1500 (3:00 pm)
Step 1 Registration Form:
The registration form is the first step in securing a position at the MSWG Cadet Retreat. This is a Google Form. You will need to fill out the forms below (CAPF 60-81; CAPF 160,161,163; and the photo release form) and upload them to this Google Form when you fill it out. Please email if you have any questions at cadetactivities@mswg.cap.gov

*Please make sure that the documents are labeled this way: Last name, First name, Form name

(CAPF 60-81, 2 pages)
- CAP Member Health History Form (CAPF 160, 2 pages)
- Emergency Information (CAPF 161, 1 page)
- If filling out digitally you may leave non-applicable pages blank.
