Instructions for applying to be Senior Member Staff at the 2024 Mississippi Wing Cadet Retreat are listed below. There is not a fee required for SMs to staff the Retreat.

Below are step-by-step instructions for completing all required items for the Mississippi Wing Cadet Retreat. Please READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS before completing an application.
Date: Friday-Sunday, September 13–15, 2024
Location: Camp Yocona 878 Boy Scout Rd, Randolph, MS 38864
Arrival: Friday, September 13 from 1400-1600 (2-4 pm CST) *Or as soon as you can arrive*
Departure: Sunday, 15 September at 1500 (3:00 pm)
Step 1: Registration Form:
The registration form is the first step in securing a position at the MSWG Cadet Retreat. This is a Google Form. You will also need to fill out the form below (the photo release form). Please email the photo release form and if you have any questions, email mswingcadetretreat@gmail.com

UPDATE: Please bring a swimsuit! We are trying to put together some activities with the lake at Camp Yocona. Males: Modest long swim trunks. Females: Modest ONE piece swim suit WITH shorts.
National has approved cadet programs to utilize the Girl Scout High Adventures procedures for our activities. Please see the attachment here: Girl Scout Procedures.
